Full-time, Exempt Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, month-end and year-end close. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Manage audits and tax filings; act as primary liaison with external auditors. Develop and implement accounting policies and best practices. Drive process improvements and system enhancements. Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members. Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and operational teams. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership. Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and audit coordination. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Recommended range:
$170,000 - $230,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits
