Senior Superintendent

Responsibilities
Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high‑rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
Selection of field site personnel
Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects
On‑site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment
Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule
Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel
Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs
Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
Project close‑out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition
Working with the owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents
Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high‑risk activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma
10+ years of experience
Basic computer skills are preferred
Specific roles may require relocation
