Purpose: To manage the health services department in order to provide exceptional care for our residents in accordance with resident needs, regulations, and policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Management of Care Staff
May act as Administrator in Administrator's absence
Responsible for resident assessment and service plan process
Operates department within established budget
Network with healthcare referral sources
Employee management and HR skills
Marketing and census development
Skills and Experience Required:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license with strong background in senior care.
License must be in good standing.
Previous supervisory experience in related healthcare setting
Great communication skills to effectively communicate with residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources, and the general public.
Strong documentation skills
Ability to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
Computer literacy
