Responsibilities
Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
HVAC certified, Plumbing certified/ licensed preferred.
