Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system.

Follow up with suppliers to confirm order receipt, ship dates, and delivery status.

Track open orders and proactively communicate delays or issues to the team.

Ensure all pricing, quantities, and lead times are accurately recorded.

Collect and organize supplier documentation (COAs, specs, invoices, certifications, etc.).

Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audits and compliance.

Assist with vendor onboarding by gathering required forms and documentation.

Support data entry and system updates to keep purchasing information current.

Flag any potential shortages to purchasing or planning teams.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

1+ year of administrative, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
