Client management: manage renewal process (internal & external), resource engagement and client communication/stewardship (i.e. Analytics, M&A, RCS, etc.), document creation and management (client and prospects), lead engagement on select accounts Prospecting – assist with researching companies and contacts that fit the business plan/targeted growth areas. Potential to assume some prospecting responsibilities if desired. Focus areas: Chemical, petroleum, energy‑related; Temporary Staffing; Regional Qualifications
Extremely organized Assertive, proactive Excellent written and verbal communication skills High business acumen (business/accounting/finance degree preferred but not required) Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance (P&C) In office (Kansas City, MO) – not a remote position Seniority level
