Details about the Resident Services Coordinator position In conjunction with the Executive Director, the Resident Services Coordinator supports operations, acting as the primary contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public. The coordinator maintains high resident satisfaction by delivering an extraordinary service experience, responding to resident needs and anticipating unmet needs, and assisting the sales process through move‑in coordination assignments as assigned by the Executive Director and Sales Directors.

Responsibilities and Requirements

3+ years of experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry (preferred). 3 years of management experience.

Effective communication with residents, families, staff, community officials, state hospitals, and the general public.

Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Ability to supervise department employees using independent judgment and discretion.

Responsible teamwork and individual work ethic.

Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect for confidentiality, and the rights and privacy of others.

Promotion of Meridian Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Core Values, and Founding Principles.

Computer literate and holder of a valid driver’s license.

Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
