Our Chicago-based client — an agency that builds and runs bespoke, embedded teams for global brands — is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join the dedicated agency they’ve built for a well‑known appliance brand. In this role, you’ll lead concept and design across fully integrated campaigns, helping define and elevate the brand’s visual identity. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy and copy partners to ensure work is bold, cohesive, and on brand — from concept through execution. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a growing design team, fostering collaboration and creative excellence Drive the visual direction and execution for integrated campaigns and brand initiatives Partner with copy, strategy, and client stakeholders to translate business goals into powerful creative ideas Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries Balance hands‑on design work with high‑level art direction and team leadership Required Qualifications Proven experience as an ACD or Senior Art Director at an agency or in‑house brand team Strong conceptual and design chops across digital, social, and traditional channels A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and guide junior creatives Experience working in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments A portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand systems, and standout art direction Details Hybrid: 2 days onsite in Chicago Contract role with the potential to go full‑time The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
