Job Summary The Senior Art Director is a proven creative who independently generates impactful ideas on brief and possesses the self‑editing skills to shape compelling campaigns. The role offers growth into management, leading creative teams and presenting to clients. This position requires strong production experience and leadership over execution and production partners. Job Responsibilities Lead and own work, formulating disruptive ideas with minimal oversight. Establish client relationships, own presentations, and work directly with clients on productions. Concept and art‑direct, developing storyboards and comps independently. Ensure ideas align with strategy and brief. Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously. Handle all facets of production and post‑production with minimal supervision. Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time. Demonstrate strong presentation skills internally and to clients. Give and receive constructive feedback respectfully. Show maturity coping with business challenges and find creative opportunities. Mentor and lead creative teams. Basic Qualifications Portfolio or samples demonstrating smart, brand‑building ideas and executions. 4+ years of art direction experience at an advertising agency. Preferred Qualifications Multi‑faceted creative across media types. Production experience handling diverse productions. Expert proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign. Ability to work independently. Collaborative, team‑oriented, with cross‑department proficiency and minimal supervision. Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients, internal team, and management. Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies by location, role, and experience, with annual salary ranges from $68,000 to $183,000. We accept applications on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline.
