Stadium Operations Supervisor
The Senior Lead
Stadium Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the stadium, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for guests, staff, and vendors. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on supervision to maintain operational excellence during events and non-event days. Pay: $22.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly. Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel. Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback. Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking. Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events. Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution. Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas. Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations. Qualifications: Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience:
Minimum 35 years in stadium, arena, or large venue operations with supervisory experience. Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols. Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
