- Lead commercial negotiations (MSAs, partner agreements, renewals, SOWs) in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Executive stakeholders.
- Orchestrate technical integrations with Product & Engineering (APIs, federation gateways, directory sync, entitlements, retention/archiving, surveillance enablement) and drive partner certifications/listings.
- Drive joint go‑to‑market with Marketing and Sales, including use cases, packaging, pricing, co‑marketing, and field enablement.
- Establish governance cadence (QBRs/MBRs), manage escalations, and ensure operational SLAs and service quality for joint customers.
- Partner with Compliance & InfoSec to align on regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC 17a‑4/18a‑6, FINRA, FCA, MiFID II) and complete due diligence and security reviews.
- Track partner pipeline, forecast partner‑influenced revenue, and maintain accurate records in CRM/PRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes; translate insights into partner roadmap opportunities.
- Represent IPC at industry and partner events; advocate for our customers and products within partner organizations.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 8+ years in product management that includes strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within capital markets, enterprise SaaS, or communications technology.

- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills (partner agreements, MSAs, SOWs, renewals).
- Technical fluency with APIs, identity/directory (SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), data entitlements, and communications compliance (retention/archiving, supervision).
- Proven cross‑functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Executive presence, excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and stakeholder management skills.

- Product management or solutions engineering experience; ability to translate customer/partner needs into roadmap requirements.
