We’re seeking an Executive Business Development & Sales to execute our go-to-market strategy, identify new leads and drive qualified leads, and close high-value B2B deals. If you love working with engineering-driven products and enjoy both crafting strategy and closing deals, we want to talk.
You’ll be responsible for leading the entire sales and marketing engine — from positioning and lead generation to proposals and partnerships. You’ll work closely with the CEO and delivery team to define our growth strategy, sharpen our messaging, and build a predictable revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the B2B sales strategy for our software engineering services
- Identify, qualify, and close new client opportunities across healthcare, medtech, and IoT verticals
- Develop and manage a consultative sales process — from lead to signed contract
- Work closely with technical teams to scope solutions and write compelling proposals
- Build and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Represent the company at key events, trade shows, and online meetings
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy across digital, content, partnerships, and events
- Improve brand voice, positioning, and market presence
- Create campaigns that drive inbound interest and support outbound sales
- Oversee website messaging, case studies, LinkedIn presence, and newsletters
- Leverage marketing analytics to optimize lead generation and improve ROI
- Lead a small internal/external team of designers, marketers, and contractors
- Identify and evaluate new markets, service offerings, or partnership channels
- Work with the CEO, the CTO, and delivery leads to align client feedback with product strategy
- Support the launch of new initiatives such as SaaS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B sales or marketing leadership (preferably in tech or consulting)
- Experience selling complex software or technical services to international clients
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare, medical, or IoT sectors is a plus
- Hands-on experience with modern sales and marketing tools
- Strategic thinker with a builder mindset
- Previous experience at a growing tech services company
