This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in an industry that is also growing!**Our Maintenance / **Facilities** Director:*** Administrates and oversees all facilities and maintenance responsibilities of our community.* Reviews (with team member assistance) of the OSHA/SDS safety binder and requirements* Creates the daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedule* Conducts regular inspections of the grounds, buildings and major equipment reporting necessary findings to Community Manager* Reviews and audits all incident reports as needed ensuring thorough and accurate information* Performs other duties as assigned.***The pay for this role is $85,000- $105,000 annually DOE.*****What you need to succeed:*** High school graduate or equivalent preferred* Minimum of five years of prior apartment maintenance experience or trade school equivalent.* Prior supervision experience of a facilities or maintenance team.* Familiarity with electricity, plumbing, carpentry and painting* Familiarity with apartment complex and property building systems* Capable of keeping confidential information and treating interactions and situations with tact, maturity and flexibility* Excellent customer service skills, including high resident and employee satisfaction* Maintain flexibility with schedule and have occasional ability to be “on-call” for community emergencies* Must have valid driver license and own transportation* Completion of a background check. Additional screening may include Physical, TB, and drug screen per state/local guidelines.**Physical Requirements*** Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
