As the Director of Product Management at Henry Schein One, you will shape and execute a bold vision for how dental practices harness data to drive better business and patient outcomes. You’ll lead a talented team of product managers focused on empowering practices, DSOs, and enterprise customers with actionable insights, intuitive reporting, and data-driven decision‑making.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, performance optimization, and financial intelligence while driving the evolution of HS1’s data products that unify clinical, operational, and financial performance into one cohesive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Set and own the visionfor your product portfolio, aligning with HS1’s broader data and platform strategy
- Drive the product strategy and roadmapfor analytics and reporting solutions, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact for dental practices and DSOs
- Own end-to-end product execution, from discovery to delivery and iteration, ensuring high‑impact outcomes across multiple customer segments
- Lead, mentora team of product managers focused on data visualization, reporting, and integrations across multiple EHR, PMS, and financial systems
- Drive a customer‑obsessed approach, embedding voice‑of‑the‑customer through discovery, usage insights, and continuous feedback loops
- Create and maintain a compelling product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and strategic fit
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, support, onboarding, and sales to deliver reliable, scalable and intuitive data products
- Advance analytics maturity,driving innovation in performance dashboards, KPI benchmarking, predictive analytics, and financial health reporting
- Align product and commercial strategy working closely with marketing and sales to position HS1 as the analytics leader in dental technology.
- Stay ahead of industry trends identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate HS1 products
- Serve as a thought leader,both internally and externally, advocating for data‑driven practice growth and operational excellence
- Promote innovation and experimentation, incorporating modern technologies and approaches into our product strategy and development processes

What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS product management, with 3+ years leading product teams
- Proven success in defining and driving product strategies in fast‑paced, tech‑led organizations
- Deep knowledge of modern product management practices, including discovery, user research, experimentation, and data‑informed decision making
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to balance long‑term vision with short‑term execution
- Experience leading teams that deliver innovative, scalable solutions and navigate complex systems and dependencies
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially in matrixed environments
- Comfort presenting and influencing at the executive level, with clear communication and measurable impact
- Customer‑centric and outcome‑driven, with the ability to translate complex customer problems into compelling product solutions
- Passion for mentorship and leadership development, investing in the growth of your team and the broader organization

The posted range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
