Assistant Director of Engineering

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to work alongside the Director of Engineering at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. This role is responsible for maintaining the daily operations and maintenance of the property.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the building, physical plant, and engineering facilities.
• Assist in directing engineering operations and maintenance efficiently, complying with labor laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Director of Engineering in implementing safety protocols across the property.

General Requirements:

• Management experience with leadership skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Hands-on experience with strong analytical skills to evaluate solutions
