Seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Health Services Director on behalf of a truly upscale community providing quality Assisted Living and Memory Care. The position requires positive leadership in the management and coordination of care teams covering all shifts and days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and ongoing training of LVNs, medication technicians & care givers
• Resident relations, assessments, care plans, and monitoring
• Medication room management
• Quality assurance and compliance
• Family relations
