The Opportunity
Deal Management – Health works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions, across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. As a Director, you will be a vital member of the team, preparing and executing separation and integration plans, identifying ideas and sources of value enhancement, and advising on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions, and people.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Director in Deal Management - Health, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and executing projects focused on transaction strategy, transaction execution, and partnership development within the Health sector
- Developing experience across the M&A lifecycle, including pre-sign, sign-to-close, and post-closing
- Having a commercial mindset and being able to facilitate difficult conversations with junior and senior executives and Boards
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare providers, health plans/risk sharing, and/or ancillary/service health businesses
