Overview
We are looking to fill several full‑time roles to help manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for working with clients.
This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. It is a full‑time opportunity with advancement potential for the right person to manage campaigns, client expectations, and oversee staff as needed.
You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, assisting them with healthcare contracts and other practice management needs. You will receive career development support and potential bonuses. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and Microsoft & Apple products is required.
Responsibilities
- Finding and engaging new clients and retaining them for the long term
- Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base
- Working with clients to make the right decisions regarding medical agreements and healthcare cost‑management needs
- Developing and maintaining healthy, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers
- Managing your time effectively to excel in a multi‑faceted role
- Any other duties reasonably requested
Experience and Skills
- Minimum one year working in sales or customer service
- Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals
- Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
