General Summary

Qualcomm is looking for an experienced sensors/sensing hub Product Manager. Qualcomm Sensing Hub enables always‑on / low power experiences, designed to make Snapdragon devices contextually aware of its surroundings. This incredible combination of power efficiency and compute horsepower is very important for devices to run 24/7 without compromising battery life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Qualcomm Sensing Hub, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to tactical activities.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into product improvement.
  • Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to create buy‑in for the product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sensor vendors, reviewing and aligning their roadmap with our reference designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum three (preferred five) years of professional experience in product management, business development in the sensors or related technology field.
  • Five years of experience (preferably product management, business) working with sensors/MEMS technology.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to drive cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to multi‑task, work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
  • 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.
  • 2+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.

Pay Range And Other Compensation & Benefits

$162,400.00 - $270,200.00. The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales‑incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
