Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or industry consulting.
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration.
- 9 years of strategy consulting or industry consulting experience.
- Proven record of success in the Financial Services industry (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management).
- Proficiency in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Deals Strategy, Digital Strategy, and Not-for-Profit Strategy.
- Experience leading teams to generate a vision and build trust.
- Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships.
- Proven ability to manage teams to successful project conclusions.
- Leveraging market research and analyses for insights.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
