Our team takes a consultative, solution‑driven approach with Fortune 500 and enterprise non‑profit clients to deliver and execute complex capital and operational projects. Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3‑5 designated target accounts
  • Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients within assigned accounts through onsite meetings, presentations, and social outings (e.g., ball games, dinners, golf)
  • Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects within their organization, delivering positive outcomes
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our Fortune 500 target accounts
  • Present to C‑suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmap
  • Continuously meet and exceed target sales goals
  • Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team

Sales Training

  • Six‑month training program at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis
  • Led by Medasource’s President, senior sales leaders, and trainers
  • Formalized training focused on our practice areas and core competencies in the healthcare industry
  • Role‑playing situational selling exercises and ride‑alongs with senior account executives
  • Fostering executive‑level relationship skills
