Role Overview
At least 5 years of successful selling experience in the southern China region. Focus on semiconductor industry, preferably audio & thermal technology. History of working with large companies such as Harman, Vivo, OPPO, etc. Experience with ODMs in the Southern China area and with multiple distributors in territory. Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Mandarin, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation. Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management and attention to detail. Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Set meetings with customers to present xMEMS value proposition and roadmaps.
- Build personal relationships with engineering, purchasing and management in the customer base.
- Coordinate technical discussions with customer engineering and xMEMS technical resources.
- Drive distribution network to uncover new customer opportunities.
- Drive distribution to forecast data on a monthly basis for financial growth.
- Input and update sales opportunities and forecast in Salesforce platform.
- Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Accurately document and report sales, schedules and activities.
- Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations.
