Compensation
The California pay range for this position is $140,000.00 – $220,000.00 annually.
This is a performance‑driven role eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, including commission based on product and reserve income, and bonuses tied to net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.

- 2‑3 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager (required)
- Exceptional focus on customer service (required)
