About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company—payroll, expenses, benefits, computers, and third‑party apps—so you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
About The Role
Rippling’s Global Product Suite powers some of the company’s fastest‑growing product lines spanning Global HR, Payroll, Employer of Record, Contractors, and IT for multinational companies.
As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, Global Products you’ll scale the demand engine behind this critical business area. You’ll own ABM, webinars, events, SDR “spearfishing” plays, direct mail, and other high‑leverage programs to turn GTM bets into pipeline. You’ll partner with a Digital Marketing lead managing the paid engine and leverage Rippling’s central marketing resources for creative and ops support.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategy for demand‑gen campaigns across promoted content, webinars, ebooks, paid ads, field events, ABM, content syndication, inbound and outbound sales activations, and more.
- Partner directly with SDRs to set campaigns up for success and build a virtuous feedback loop on what works.
- Analyze campaign performance, understand program impact on funnel metrics, shift budgets to high‑return areas, and optimize through testing.
- Own marketing‑sourced/influenced pipeline targets for Global Products across ABM, field marketing, direct mail, webinars, content, and related channels.
What You Will Need
- 6+ years of experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper‑growth technology environment.
- Deep expertise across gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, ABM, and related channels.
- End‑to‑end ownership: execute flawlessly, manage projects to completion, and learn from mistakes.
- Clear communication skills at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
- Collaborative track record delivering outsized results with cross‑functional partners.
- Strong analytical skills to uncover insights and incorporate them into roadmaps.
- Agility and speed; experiment rapidly, pivot when needed, and scale winning ideas quickly in a dynamic environment.
