What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and sustain premier client partnerships that accelerate revenue expansion and maximize account retention throughout BairesDev.
  • Champion client success by delivering unparalleled service excellence and strategic partnership value while uncovering opportunities for account expansion.
  • Coach and empower a team of account leaders, enhancing client loyalty, facilitating their professional advancement, and supporting their oversight of substantial project initiatives.
  • Discover and assess client expansion potential through strategic advisory services and data‑driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee client expectations are surpassed, connecting BairesDev's capabilities with client strategic priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Over 9 years of demonstrated excellence in senior account leadership positions, with verified achievements in executive‑level relationship management.
  • Minimum 4 years of team management experience with proven capabilities in talent cultivation.
  • Established expertise in technology consulting or IT services sectors.
  • Deep experience in strategic account management, demonstrating consultative excellence and proven business expansion results.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
