We’re looking for a Manager, Experience Strategy to design and deliver compelling event experiences across our global portfolio. This role is at the intersection of product marketing and event strategy – bringing Salesforce innovation to life for customers and prospects through immersive, high‑impact activations. You’ll partner across Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Strategic Events teams to ensure every experience – whether in person or virtual – is aligned to launches, industry moments, and customer needs. You’ll drive consistency across events, amplify key messages, and help translate experiences into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering
- Serve as the main point of contact for Product Marketing, Product, and Field Marketing leaders, ensuring event strategies align with business priorities and launches.
- Lead quarterly planning and business reviews with Salesforce product and industry partners across campaigns, field, and product marketing to align priorities and update holistic event plans.
- Event Experience Design
- Define the strategic presence of Salesforce product and industry solutions across the full event portfolio – from Campground activations to content tracks and ancillary events.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Event Operations, Content Strategy and Operations, Event Demand Generation, Enablement and Pipeline Programs teams to deliver integrated experiences.
- Drive experience innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling emerging priorities or activations.
- Planning & Execution
- Build and maintain a comprehensive event calendar for Salesforce product and industry solutions.
- Develop pre‑event overviews and post‑event recaps highlighting participation, presence, and impact.
- Partner with global teams to ensure alignment and scalability across international events.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and share event performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Present updates and outcomes to stakeholders, including PMM, Sales, Product, and Strategic Events leadership.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in event marketing and/or experience design and strategy (technology industry a plus).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to interpret multiple, competing data points and priorities to provide data‑driven decision making.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to change.
- Willingness to travel for key global events.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $115,600 – $174,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $138,800 – $190,900 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
