What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to secure a minimum of $3 million annually in revenue
- Research and identify new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Lead the full sales cycle including outreach, proposal development, and presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify and develop business opportunities
- Act as an external ambassador for the organization, promoting its mission and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10-15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding large revenue goals
- Ability to create and close new business opportunities independently
- Experience in developing comprehensive partnership proposals
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as needed

- Strong deal/partnership lead-to-close ratio
- Experience supervising a team of direct reports or volunteers
- Background in working for a national nonprofit to manage partnerships
