What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to secure a minimum of $3 million annually in revenue
  • Research and identify new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing partners
  • Lead the full sales cycle including outreach, proposal development, and presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify and develop business opportunities
  • Act as an external ambassador for the organization, promoting its mission and values

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10-15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding large revenue goals
  • Ability to create and close new business opportunities independently
  • Experience in developing comprehensive partnership proposals
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Strong deal/partnership lead-to-close ratio
  • Experience supervising a team of direct reports or volunteers
  • Background in working for a national nonprofit to manage partnerships
