Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP network engineering with expertise in: BGP (eBGP/iBGP, route maps, communities) IPv6 (addressing, tunneling, OSPFv3) MPLS (LDP/RSVP-TE, Segment Routing, VRF) DWDM (optical channel provisioning, OTN) Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools (NETCONF/YANG, REST APIs) Design, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based networks, focusing on BGP routing for multi-homed environments and peering optimization. Develop and implement IPv6 migration strategies, including dual-stack configurations and transition mechanisms. Deploy and manage MPLS networks for traffic engineering, VPN services (L2/L3), and QoS prioritization for voice, video, and data. Administer network equipment from leading vendors (Cisco, Calix, Ekinops) including routers, switches, and firewalls.
