Senior Product Manager, Product Go-to-Market (Uber Advertising)
We are seeking a strategic and operationally‑driven Manager to lead our Product Go‑To‑Market function for Uber Advertising. This critical leadership role focuses on driving the commercial success of our ad products by bridging Product/Engineering and global Sales teams. The mission is to ensure Uber builds the right ad products and launches them with effective, scalable strategies for maximum commercial impact.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Go‑To‑Market specialists.
Define, implement, and own processes to channel field input into product strategy and align GTM plans with the product roadmap.
Oversee end‑to‑end launch plans for new ad products, coordinating cross‑functional readiness (sales training, marketing, legal, support) for successful rollouts.
Manage the post‑launch process to monitor product performance, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and advocate for insights from advertisers and sales to guide continuous product improvements.
Act as the primary GTM partner to leaders in Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication on all product releases and commercialization efforts.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years’ experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, GTM functions or Consulting, preferably in a technology or digital advertising domain.
Excellent organizational and communication skills – able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex business needs into product requirements.
A strategic and analytical mindset with deep knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem.
Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional go‑to‑market projects.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, GTM functions or Consulting, preferably in a technology or digital advertising domain, strongly preferred.
Leadership: 5+ years of people management or a formal team lead role, strongly preferred.
SQL proficiency and experience translating messy data insights into actionable strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
For Chicago, IL-based roles: base salary $167,000 – $186,000 per year. For NewYork, NY-based roles: base salary $186,000 – $207,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: base salary $186,000 – $207,000 per year. All US locations offer eligibility for Uber’s bonus program, equity awards, and other compensation types.
