Job Description Summary
This job leads the program management function, ensuring successful execution of complex business projects.
Essential Responsibilities
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system‑specific project tasks or non‑technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements for program management.
- Manage a variety of programs/projects for completeness and compliance.
- Guide prioritization of projects and utilization of resources.
- Deliver progress reports to leadership.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Steer programs through the lifecycle with sponsors and stakeholders.
Expected Qualifications
- 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications
- Scope: Directly manage the lifecycle of program & project responsibilities for the delivery of a finance owned or finance supported program/project from design to implementation.
- Develop and manage the methodology for program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage program budgets and financials.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical finance programs—setting goals, aligning milestones, and mobilizing execution across teams.
- Partner with technology, engineering, risk, compliance, legal and product leaders to translate ambitious ideas into well‑sequenced workstreams.
- Lead through influence across stakeholder groups.
- Anticipate technical/data and resource dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs, and guide the program team through clear, scalable paths forward.
- Create clarity where there’s ambiguity—using data, insight, and storytelling to inform stakeholders and enable smart decision‑making.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $137,500 to $236,500. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
