Responsibilities
- Serve as point-of-contact for customers, providing proactive updates on deliverable status.
- Lead development of external and internal communications including press releases, key messages, website content, patient engagement content, video scripts, social media content, sponsored content and presentations for meetings, summits, planning, etc.
- Manage project timelines and action plans, delegating work and supporting team operations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of experience in a professional environment within the healthcare and/or communications industries.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, meeting internal and external deadlines.
Desired Requirements
- Agency experience.
- Understanding of FDA/regulatory agencies approval process and experience with scenario planning.
- Understanding of social media processes/tools/approach/regulations, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations/pharma industry and issues management.
- Experience in media relations, data communications, disease state awareness campaigns, and corporate communications.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120K to $145K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
