Job Overview
As Director of Ecommerce, your primary metric will be LTP maximization. Lead a team responsible for conversion rate, average order value, orders per customer, retention, subscription frequency & order size, and customer satisfaction.
This role handles the full customer journey on both GetKion.com and Amazon ecommerce ecosystems, including websites, customer service, email, SMS, direct mail, and overall customer experience.
The organizational goals for this role are as follows:
- Audit department historical metrics, customer journey, CS operations, email/SMS/direct mail flows, subscription program, and tech stack.
- Develop plan for increasing LTP via improvements to new customer AOV, one-time returning customer AOV, subscription AOV, and orders per customer utilizing insights of unique cohort behaviors and needs.
- Provide ongoing analysis, reporting, and oversight of all ecommerce activities.
- Create opportunity for CEO to focus on other activities and less on ecommerce management.
- Ultimately outperform department’s prior metrics.

Qualifications
- Very organized, excel at time & project management.
- Advanced at analyzing and modelling data in Google Sheets or Excel and presenting findings to a diverse audience.
- Significant hands‑on experience working in both Shopify and Amazon ecosystems.
- Extremely resourceful and motivated to seek answers.
- 7+ years of experience in Ecommerce or Ecommerce‑adjacent roles, ideally greater than 10 years.
- 2+ years of experience in management.
- Experienced working directly with senior management team.
- Positive and outgoing attitude.

- Full‑time, $159,000‑195,000 annually DOE.
