Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing leases, and fostering a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome prospective tenants, offering detailed information about available properties and the leasing process.
Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
Process rental applications, perform background checks, and verify references to ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties involved.
Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, fostering a positive community environment.
Address and resolve tenant concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide prospective tenants with accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new residents.
Participate in community events and activities to develop and maintain property visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of prospective tenants.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
