Position Overview As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through an exceptional buying experience by understanding their needs, presenting vehicle solutions, and building long‑term relationships. We provide the tools, training, and mentorship needed to help you succeed at a high level.

Job Responsibilities

Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences

Become a Product Knowledge Specialist, gaining in‑depth knowledge of vehicle features, technology, and benefits

Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations

Prepare accurate quotes and explain financing options clearly

Maintain consistent and professional follow‑up with all customers

Set and manage quality appointments using proven strategies

Deliver an outstanding customer experience through continuous communication

Job Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn

Experience & Education

Prior sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not required

Automotive sales experience preferred, not mandatory

Must be confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with customers

Pay Range $45,544 – $118,339 per year

Supplemental Pay Commission
