What you will own
Generate qualified pipeline for Oracle Fusion Cloud AMS through strategic outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, ABM).
Run early-cycle discovery and qualification (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) and advance opportunities with crisp next steps and clean handoffs.
Build partner-sourced pipeline with Oracle and SIs (co-sell motions, referrals, joint account planning).
Own CRM discipline and forecasting: stage integrity, activity-to-outcome metrics, and weekly pipeline reporting.
Continuously test and improve messaging/offers to increase lead quality (vertical plays, talk tracks, sequences).
The skills you bring
5+ years enterprise tech/services sales (BD/SDR/inside sales), ideally in consulting/SI and/or the Oracle ecosystem.
Experience selling Oracle Fusion Cloud services and/or AMS/managed services (strongly preferred).
Strong command of structured qualification (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) and enterprise buying dynamics.
High ownership and resilience: you thrive under pressure, operate independently, and stay disciplined without heavy oversight.
Excellent written/verbal communication and executive presence.
What success looks like Within 14 Days
Complete product training and CRM onboarding.
Shadow 3+ SDR calls/demos.
Build your initial territory and begin outreach to 20–30 prospects.
Within 30 Days
Execute outbound sequences to 100+ prospects.
Confidently deliver Neurons value pitch.
Schedule 3–5 qualified meetings weekly and establish KPI tracking.
Within 60 Days
Consistently meet or exceed SDR targets (SQLs, meetings).
Maintain 15–20 active opportunities.
Optimize messaging through A/B testing.
Compensation Performance-based, commission-focused (DOE). Contractors earn
uncapped commissions tied to closed-won revenue . Exact commission rates depend on experience, deal type, and scope.
Engagement type Contract / Freelance (Sales Contractor). This engagement may be extended, and high performers may be considered for a future full-time role based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit (not guaranteed).
