EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts for our AI consulting services. This role requires a sophisticated sales professional who can engage C‑suite executives, navigate complex buying cycles, and translate technical AI capabilities into strategic business value.

Responsibilities
Networking & Relationship Building: Proactively develop and nurture relationships with decision‑makers through industry events, thought leadership, and strategic outreach.
Consultative Sales Process: Conduct high‑level discovery calls to understand business challenges, qualify opportunities against our service capabilities, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
Proposal Development & Scoping: Partner with technical teams to translate client needs into compelling proposals, ensuring accurate scoping, pricing, and deliverable definitions.
Market Intelligence: Stay current on AI trends, use cases, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to content development, speak at events, and represent the firm as an AI advisory expert.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology solutions.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Business‑level understanding of AI: Familiarity with AI/ML applications, use cases across industries, and the strategic implications for organizations.
Exceptional executive presence: Polished communication skills, confidence in C‑suite settings, and ability to command a room.
Consultative selling approach: Experience with complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
Proven track record closing deals with senior executives.
Background in consulting, advisory services, or enterprise software sales.
Experience selling emerging technology solutions (AI, data analytics, cloud transformation).
Existing network within target industries.
Track record of $1M+ annual sales achievement.
