Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers. Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance. Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines. Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training. Job Detail
Branch Banking – Full‑time Primary location: Virginia, Richmond (VA – Richmond Walmart‑0515) Schedule: Full‑time Organization: Virginia Travel: Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage of nearby branch locations up to 45 miles. Working Conditions: Standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs. Minimum Qualifications / Experience
3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer‑service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer‑service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree. Previous instore banking experience is preferred. Must be positive and engaging. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Full‑time work status. No supervisory responsibility. Disclaimer
