Senior Recruiter – Strategic Partnerships Position Summary

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for building strong talent pipelines and managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of sales roles—including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Managers, and Sales Operations professionals. This role works closely with sales leadership to understand performance expectations, team structure, and the attributes that define top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions at all levels.

Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, social platforms, talent communities, and referrals.

Screen candidates for selling skills, quota performance, pipeline management, industry experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate structured interviews with hiring managers and sales leaders.

Facilitate offer negotiation and closing in partnership with HR and sales leadership.

Develop strong relationships with frontline sales managers, regional directors, and revenue leadership.

Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, success profiles, and key performance indicators.

Provide data-backed recommendations on candidate pipelines, market talent availability, and competitive compensation.

Build ongoing talent pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill sales positions.

Track competitor hiring trends, compensation shifts, and candidate behaviors in the sales talent market.

Engage in proactive outreach to passive candidates and maintain relationships for future hiring.

Process & Candidate Experience

Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics in the ATS.

Ensure a consistent, positive, and timely candidate experience at every interview stage.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and time-to-fill.

Qualifications Required

3–7 years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on sales roles.

Proven success hiring quota‑carrying talent (SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, etc.).

Strong understanding of sales competencies such as prospecting, closing, account strategy, and performance metrics.

Excellent sourcing abilities using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM/ATS platforms.

Ability to assess selling skills through targeted interview questioning.

Preferred

Experience recruiting in high‑growth or mid‑market environments.

Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).

Experience hiring both inside and field sales roles.

SHRM‑CP, PHR, or relevant TA certifications.

Compensation Base pay range: $65,000 - $130,000 per year. Additional compensation includes Annual Bonus.
