Mobile/Traveling Administrator, LNHA
We are looking for a Mobile/Traveling Administrator to support our care center campuses throughout Iowa. The Mobile/Traveling Administrator of a skilled nursing facility will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff engagement, and positive clinical outcomes for residents. You will lead and direct the daily operation of the assigned campus in a professional manner, using resources effectively and efficiently to attain and maintain the highest level of care for residents and provide support for our staff. You will collaborate with other high‑performing operations and clinical professionals to drive comprehensive business results at the assigned facility.

Qualifications
A minimum two years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing setting and two years’ experience in a direct supervisory position
Current Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)
The ability to creatively problem‑solve in both resident care and employee management situations; must be a team player, well organized, and flexible
Experience with budget, staff development, and training
The ability to travel based on facility assignment(s)
