Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic

Engagement Coordinator

to work with our Clubhouse program. Eliot’s Clubhouse is an accredited day program that provides adults in mental illness opportunities for employment, education, housing, health and wellness, socialization and community linkages.

Grounded in the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery, the clubhouse operates as a member‑driven program where individuals actively participate in all aspects of service delivery and are empowered to shape, evaluate, and improve program operations according to their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

Promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment through person‑centered services and individualized Action Plans

Engage members in structured, therapeutic group work that supports vocational skills and meaningful relationships

Facilitate recovery‑focused workshops and provide flexible support for employment and entitlement navigation

Support connection to natural community resources and independent living skills development

Complete all required documentation and assist with member transportation as needed

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field

Experience working in a residential setting with adults experiencing severe mental illness

Valid Massachusetts driver’s license

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm

Hourly Rate: $21 USD - $21 USD
