What You’ll Do We are looking for a talented and creative Retail Designer who will provide design and creative solutions for our Wilson‑branded retail environments. The role requires working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing your own work and external agencies’ brand creative input. A strong portfolio of retail design work and a passion for adding texture and storytelling depth within our retail environments are essential.

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Collaborate with architecture, fabrication/construction, and retail agency partners to design a variety of brand environments that bring the Wilson brand story to life efficiently yet aspirationally.

Adapt current brand design to succeed in new retail spaces, including pop‑ups, shop‑in‑shops at wholesale partners, and branded activations.

Project‑manage how branding and design come to life from blueprint to opening alongside key stakeholders across the broader Wilson Retail team.

Own the delivery of fixture and graphics kits that are on‑brand, on‑time, and cost‑effective.

Establish and drive adoption of a single global look and feel and complementary toolkit in concert with the agency partner and retail development, operations, store, and marketing teams.

Prepare presentations or renderings as requested by the broader Retail team.

Stay up‑to‑date on the latest design trends and technologies within the retail design space.

Attend seminars and training to expand design knowledge as needed.

Maintain a high standard of quality in all work produced.

What We’re Looking For This role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in retail design or a related area plus 3‑5 years of strong work experience in an agency, design firm, or corporate in‑house design team.

Other Qualifications Include

Interior Design experience greatly preferred.

Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in Retail Design, Store Planning, Architecture or equivalent required.

Must have 3D Modeling and Rendering experience and skills using tools such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign and digital layout programs like Figma strongly preferred.

Ability to execute day‑to‑day tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong digital portfolio of work in the retail space.

Ability to understand and visualize architectural details, general understanding of building codes.

Advanced skills in layout design, typography, and some illustration abilities a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with cross‑functional teams.

Proven outstanding ability to work under pressure, be flexible with work hours, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.

What We’ll Provide A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $85,000 – $100,000 per year at the time of this posting. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. The range details reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program.
