Pay Range Base pay: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Our Managers bring the Central Self Storage experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, and building great teams. As a Manager, you would create an amazing environment to work and the people here genuinely love what they do.
Location & Compensation
36 hours a week @ $17 - $19 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Plus monthly bonuses (performance based)
2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment
Store hours – 10 AM – 6 PM with ½ hour lunch Mon‑Friday; 8 AM – 2 PM Sat; closed Sundays
Responsibilities & Leadership

Desired Qualifications
2 years retail/customer service management experience or +3 years US military experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Requirements
Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
Ability to be flexible to help when needed with other stores or team members.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Pass a background check for credit, criminal, and driving record.
