We are looking for a Construction Superintendent with DSA experience to lead and manage construction projects in the Business Services industry. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction processes, ensuring projects in Downtown Los Angeles are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with DSA standards and regulations.
Manage on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols and timelines are strictly adhered to.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Inspect and monitor work progress to guarantee quality and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to align on project goals.
Ensure all construction documentation is up to date and accurate.

Profile
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of DSA standards and regulations.
