About the Role As a Dealer Success Manager, you operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to our auto dealers, anchoring your efforts firmly within the Capital One Sales Process. This role requires a high-level partnership with the POD counterparts to collectively strategize and achieve superior success, providing consultative expertise and training enablement to support the POD's core sales objectives. You will aid in expanding our footprint by enabling Navigator Platform subscriptions, delivering specialized expertise during initial pitches, enabling seamless setups, and driving ROI conversations. You will educate key auto dealer stakeholders to maximize value of our technology and processes, directly impacting the company’s bottom line and supporting Capital One’s technology and relationship evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate and partner with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and POD team members (RMs, ARMs) to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals.

Drive superior success by supporting the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform, owning the customer adoption and retention lifecycle.

Drive process improvements aligned with superior customer outcomes and the Capital One Sales Process.

Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization.

Troubleshoot product and process issues related to Navigator Platform.

Conduct frequent, in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle.

Travel Travel up to 50% within the metro areas of either San Francisco or Phoenix.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

At least 1 year of experience in Process Management.

At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

2+ years of experience in Process Management.

2+ years of experience in Relationship Management.

Salary and Benefits Salary ranges: Sales Territory $106,700 - $121,700; San Francisco, CA $128,000 - $146,100. Role eligible for performance-based incentive compensation. Comprehensive health, financial, and wellness benefits are available.
