Construction Superintendent – NYC Luxury Residential
The Construction Superintendent will have a strong background in high‑end residential construction, with a proven ability to manage complex interior projects in Manhattan. Experience with underpinning and structural/foundation work is highly preferred but not required.
Our client is a premier General Contractor specializing in luxury residential interiors across Manhattan. Their portfolio includes townhome gut renovations and additions as well as penthouse gut renovations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail for some of the most exclusive properties in the city.
Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
Description
Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for luxury residential projects.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely and quality execution.
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and building codes.
Manage schedules, inspections, and site logistics in a dense urban environment.
Ensure exceptional quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high‑end residential construction.
Strong knowledge of Manhattan building processes, DOB regulations, and site logistics.
Experience with underpinning and structural/foundation work (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines under pressure.
