Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
A nationally recognized Am Law firm is expanding its real estate platform and seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate to support high‑growth practices tied to data centers, energy infrastructure, and large‑scale development. This opportunity stands out for its sophisticated client base, complex transactions, and meaningful attorney ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related real‑estate agreements
Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, and work letters
Advise on development matters involving power, water, and infrastructure
Collaborate on zoning, entitlement, and permitting processes
Work directly with partners and clients on complex, time‑sensitive matters
Qualifications
4–7 years of commercial leasing experience
Experience with service level agreements and data center projects preferred
Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm required
Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the jurisdiction of the resident office
