The Role As a
Brand Promoter , you'll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in‑home consultations. You’re not chasing or begging; you’re creating opportunities—one conversation at a time.

Compensation & Rewards $18.00/hour $35 per appointment Unlimited bonus potential based on your performance Weekly & monthly additional bonuses Bonuses on issued appointments paid every two weeks $250 signing bonus after 90 days Up to $1,000 referral bonuses Company‑provided clothing
Schedule & Requirements Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations Must be able to stand 8+ hours Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
