Qualifications
Strong account‑management and customer‑service skills
Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in industry‑specific software and tools
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred
Licensure in Property and Casualty Insurance required, or willingness to obtain within a specified time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
