Responsibilities
Achieve sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a consistent manner with the Woodforest Experience training.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of relevant, transferable sales and/or customer service experience; or an Associate’s degree plus 1 year of such experience; or a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred: previous in‑store banking experience.
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Title: Retail Banker
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Branch: Phillips‑8257)
Schedule: Full‑time
Travel: Little to no overnight travel; may cover branches up to 45 miles away.
Working Conditions: Standing most of the time; walking, moving, bending, stooping; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
