Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Hybrid – New York City (minimum 2–3 days a week from the office)

Role Overview As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front line of our go‑to‑market strategy – identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects who are shaping the future of digital privacy. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Product teams to spark meaningful conversations and build a healthy, high‑quality pipeline.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage key decision‑makers at target accounts through multi‑channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video).
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into active sales opportunities.
Research accounts to understand their privacy, compliance, and marketing technology needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting and market segmentation.
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign follow‑up, lead scoring and engagement tracking.
Schedule and prepare discovery calls for Account Executives by uncovering prospect pain points and priorities.
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and accurately log activity within HubSpot or Salesforce.
Work cross‑functionally with Product, Customer Success and Partnerships to share field insights.
Think strategically and propose new approaches, tools or messaging to improve team performance.
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech or martech sales—ideally in an SDR or BDR role.
University degree or equivalent experience in a similar position.
Experience generating leads through cold calling, email and video outreach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A persuasive and confident communicator who enjoys engaging potential customers and senior stakeholders.
Motivated, proactive and resilient – thrives in a metrics‑driven environment.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or sales‑engagement tools.
Based in New York City with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid office environment.

Compensation Annual base salary: $45,000–$50,000 plus a healthy variable bonus.
